Retirement Planning - Standard Pension Services, LLC provides our clients and their advisors with consulting  and administrative services for all forms of qualified plans. With knowledge of their retirement plan, we help the plan sponsor to find the most suitable investment platforms.  We work with some of the finest money managers and financial institutions to provide either an investment strategy or a platform that provides state of the art Trustee and participant features. We educate our clients and their employees on the benefits of their plan and work to make sure their objectives are met each and every year.  Each plan has a dedicated service person that is available for any inquiry.

We recognize that so many participants have a “set it and forget it” approach to their retirement plan investments. To help address this, we offer two services to all Trustees:

1.  Individual/Group Participant Meetings:    
Participants can meet with our financial services representative to discuss their investment platforms, asset allocation strategies and coordinate their individual needs.

2.  Concierge Rollover Service:
Each terminated participant can meet with our transition counselor to help facilitate their rollover and coordinate their planning.

Investment Strategies -   We can help determine, through extensive dialogue with our clients and their professionals, the appropriate investment strategy and professional money management services to best accomplish their goals and objectives.

We work with some of the largest, most well known money managers available to help ensure the best quality and transparency. Additionally, our clients receive detailed quarterly reporting as well as year end tax statements directly from these money management firms. Our professionals work with clients on an ongoing basis to help ensure that their plan matches their lifestyle and needs. We use many different professional managers and by doing this we maintain an unbiased position with the sole focus of reducing clients' overall portfolio risk.

 

Health & Welfare Group Benefits – Our focus is to make sure our clients are offering a competitive, well-priced package of benefits to their employees. Our relationships in the industry, experience and continuous due diligence assures that our clients' objectives are accomplished annually.   Each client has direct access to a group benefits manager from our office to assist in day-to-day issues. Our renewal process starts 90 days prior to anniversary and provides an unbiased market survey as well as alternative plan designs. Through this process, we coordinate, design and maintain all forms of employee benefit plans.  Our Technology Platform has been a very beneficial tool to most of our clients in the day-to-day administration of these benefits. These products and services include:
